2. Payments and Fees

Full Payment Requirement: To ensure the timely allocation of resources and commencement of services, we require full payment upfront before we begin work on your behalf. Partial payments, deposits, or installments will only be accepted if explicitly agreed upon in advance in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made through approved channels such as bank transfers, debit/credit cards, or other specified methods. You are responsible for any additional bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other transaction charges imposed by your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees such as consultation charges, document processing fees, appointment scheduling fees, and payments made to third parties (like embassies or airlines) are non-refundable once paid, even if services are canceled later. Verification of Payment: Services will commence only after we have confirmed full receipt and clearance of your payment, which can sometimes take a few business days depending on the payment method.
3. Visa Assistance Disclaimer

Authority: All decisions regarding visa issuance are made exclusively by the embassies, consulates, or governmental authorities. We serve only as facilitators and advisors and have no power to influence visa outcomes.

Client Accuracy and Honesty: You are responsible for providing honest, complete, and accurate information and documentation for your visa application. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may lead to refusal of your visa application or legal consequences, and we will not be held liable for any such outcomes.

Documentation Responsibility: It is your duty to submit all required supporting documents promptly and in the requested format. Failure to do so may delay your application or cause it to be rejected.

No Liability for Outcomes: We disclaim any responsibility for delays, refusals, or rejections of visa applications, as these decisions rest solely with the official authorities and are based on many factors beyond our control.
4. Flight Booking Terms

Role as Agent: Our flight booking service operates as an agent or intermediary between you and airlines or travel agencies. We do not own, operate, or control any airline or travel service provider.

Booking Confirmation: Flight availability and pricing are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and fully paid. We advise clients to act promptly to secure their desired flights, as prices and availability fluctuate regularly.

Changes and Cancellations: All changes, cancellations, refunds, or rebooking requests for flights are governed by the airline or travel provider’s policies. These policies vary widely, and it is your responsibility to review and understand them before confirming bookings.

No Liability for Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for any losses, inconveniences, or damages resulting from flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or any other issues caused by airlines or third-party providers.

5. Client Responsibilities

Providing Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and timely information and documentation needed for visa and flight services. Inaccurate or delayed information can lead to delays, additional costs, or denied applications, for which we are not responsible.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements related to your travel, visa application, and any other services. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all eligibility criteria and legal obligations.

Timely Communication: Promptly respond to all requests for information, documents, or approvals to avoid service delays. Failure to communicate in a timely manner may result in missed deadlines or unsuccessful applications.
6. Confidentiality and Data Security
